How my journey began…
I am Erica Dionn Wright, a certified (National Notary Association & Loan Signing System), bonded & insured mobile Notary Public & Loan Signing Agent, based in Pennsylvania offering mobile notary services in the Chester & Montgomery County Areas.
I have been working in the real estate industry since 2015. I started out as an Executive Assistant to a team at Keller Williams and have worked in all aspects of real estate including but not limited to, business operations, contract management, and escrow closings. In 2018, I became a licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent. All aspects of real estate excite me!
I am a native of Philadelphia, PA; grew up in Cheltenham, a Susquehanna University Alumni and I currently reside in Chester Springs, PA. In school, I studied Psychology, Speech Communications and minored in Spanish and I continue to dabble in languages to keep my mind sharp. I believe that you are never too old to learn something new. My favorite hobby is traveling and exploring new foods and cultures. I am the youngest of four children and I am also the aunt to many nieces and nephews, plus one goddaughter, who is my biggest joy.
I am able to complete your evening and weekend loan signings. I am reliable & punctual and a National Notary Association member and have completed the Loan Signing System course with Mark Willis. Professionalism, Integrity, and Thoroughness are the hallmarks of my business. I'll get it done right the first time, and leave the Borrower satisfied with the process.
Being Certified by the NNA, Background Screened, and E&O Insured allows me to guarantee accurate signings every time. Additionally, I am backed by a PA Bond. Big or small, I guarantee accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in every signing.
